Back on it

Been out for a 12k run this morning. -5*c and yes it was very cold. All good no pains that we could feel.

Just back from Mexico. Back on the training tomorrow after a rest. Well if you can call it that ... 3 runs 3 yoga classes 1 bike ride and 2 swims
